How do I know your panels will pass compliance and inspection checks on site?
Every panel is manufactured to IS standards and is IEC compatible. Our 800Vac Solar Type-Tested Panel holds full type-test certification to IEC 61439. Before any panel leaves our facility, it undergoes high-voltage testing, insulation resistance testing, and full functional testing. You receive a complete test report with every order — the documentation you need to pass site inspections with confidence.
We’ve had bad experiences with panels that didn’t match what was promised. How is Synchro different?
We address this at the design stage. Before manufacturing begins, we submit detailed technical drawings and panel specifications for your review and written approval. Nothing is built until you have confirmed the design is correct. This eliminates the gap between what was promised and what arrives on site. We also provide full documentation — wiring diagrams, component datasheets, and test reports — so you can verify exactly what was built.
What is the difference between a PCC and MCC panel? Which one does my project need?
A PCC (Power Control Centre) panel handles incoming power and distributes it across your facility — it is the central distribution point. An MCC (Motor Control Centre) is designed specifically to start, stop, protect, and control electric motors. Most industrial facilities need both: PCC for overall power distribution and MCC for motor operations. If you are unsure which solution your project needs, contact us and our engineering team will review your load requirements and recommend the right configuration.
I have a deadline. Can you actually deliver on time?
Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing at the time of order acceptance — not estimated, confirmed. Standard panels are typically delivered within 3–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom-designed panels require 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. If your timeline is urgent, tell us at the inquiry stage and we will be upfront about what is achievable. We do not promise timelines we cannot keep.
What happens after delivery? Do you provide support if something goes wrong?
Every panel is dispatched with complete technical documentation: wiring diagrams, component datasheets, test reports, and an operation manual. Our technical support team is available for commissioning guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing assistance after installation. If something goes wrong, we are reachable and we help fix it — that is the standard, not an exception.
